Check in on your order
A little clarity can make the waiting easier. If you're waiting for a physical order from The Good Life Vibe, here's where to find the updates available for your package.
If you have a tracking number
Open your shipping confirmation email and follow its tracking link. You can also enter your tracking number on the carrier's website. Shipment updates are available when tracking information has been added to your order.
If you don't have a tracking number
Open your order confirmation email and follow the link to view your order status. If prompted, verify your order number and the email address or phone number you used at checkout.
You can also sign in to view your orders, select the order you're waiting for, and check its status.
Order status and package tracking aren't the same thing. If no tracking number has been added, carrier updates won't be available, but you can still check your order's status.
Can't find your confirmation, or need a hand?
Check your inbox and spam folder for your order confirmation. If you can't find it, your tracking hasn't updated, or something doesn't look right, we're here to help. Send us your order number if you have it and the email address used at checkout.
This page is for physical orders. Digital downloads don't require shipping or package tracking.
