Valentine's Day is such a special day and it's one of the best times to celebrate love and connection with your partner or loved one, especially if they suffer from a chronic illness. 

And while the usual plans that most everyone else might be doing might not be on the agenda this year, there are plenty of simple and thoughtful ways to make the day special for everyone.
